Leading the stewarding team (5 employees) plus trainees and temporary workers Ensuring hygiene standards Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, kitchen and cold and freezer rooms Checking and refilling cleaning agents and consumables Sorting and storing dishes and kitchen utensils Disposal work and compliance with waste separation Support with inventories and warehouse organization
