Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Job:

To manage and run the secretarial, clerical, and administrative activities of the Surface Facilities and Sustainability Directorate. Serve as the liaison officer between Surface Facilities departments and other QatarEnergy departments.

Key Accountabilities:



Perform all secretarial and clerical tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines. Establish and maintain an effective document management system for confidential documents and provide administrative support across the department. Assist in planning and organizing meetings, travel itineraries, and supervise Qatari trainees, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Required Experience and Skills:
5 years of secretarial experience working for established companies. High level of proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Intranet, and other standard office applications.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
