Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence: cascade business strategy and align operational activities with a focus on ongoing improvement to achieve better results, increased efficiency, and improved performance.

Financial Management: operational budget management and financial performance, ensuring compliance with policies, delegations of authority, and good management practices.

Stakeholder Management: foster positive relationships and effective communication with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, government agencies, contractors, clients, and employees.

Communication and Marketing: ensure that the company's brand is managed effectively, customer feedback is used for continuous improvement, employees are well-informed and motivated, and that there is a clear strategic direction in place for communication and marketing efforts.

Professional and Personal Requirements:

-Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, General Business Management, or equivalent experience.

-Master's degree advantageous.

-Strong financial acumen and strategic planning skills.

-Exceptional communication and team development abilities.

-Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in the real estate industry.

-Proven executive leadership experience in real estate, property management, or related fields.

-Track record of driving growth and achieving strategic objectives.

-Proven success and work experience in Pacific Island culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
