• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance product offerings and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO, CEO, or senior executive in the online gambling or iGaming industry.
• Extensive knowledge of grey market casino operations and regulatory challenges.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of online casino software, payment processing, and player acquisition strategies.
• Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in P&L management and business development.
• Ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks while maximizing business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
