Chief Operations Officer
Job Description
Oversee and manage daily operations of the Group's businesses, with a focus on real estate development, property management, and investment portfolios
Translate the CEO's strategic vision into actionable operational plans across all business units
Lead operational planning and budgeting to achieve financial and business objectives
Develop, refine, and implement policies, systems, and processes that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with executive leadership to align all subsidiaries with corporate goals and KPIs
Monitor business performance and proactively address risks, inefficiencies, or compliance issues
Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards--particularly in real estate developments
Ensure optimal asset utilization and investment operations in line with Group strategy
Manage cross-functional teams and foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, government authorities, and external vendors
Provide regular updates to the CEO and Board on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities
