Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the survey team in all surveying activities for water, sewerage, and pipeline works. Establish and verify control points, site benchmarks, and alignments in accordance with project specifications. Oversee setting out for trenches, pipelines, chambers, manholes, and related civil structures. Review survey data, drawings, and as-built records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design requirements. Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, and QA/QC teams to resolve any survey-related discrepancies. Ensure proper calibration, use, and maintenance of survey instruments (Total Station, GPS/GNSS, digital levels). Validate surveying works performed by subcontractors and ensure adherence to project standards. Prepare daily/weekly surveying reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for project records and approvals. Support project progress by ensuring timely survey deliverables to avoid execution delays.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum

8-10 years

of experience in land surveying, with at least

5 years in water/sewerage or utility infrastructure projects

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of ADSSC/ADDWC/ADQ or similar authority standards is an advantage. Proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
