Job Description

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years in water and sewerage pipeline projects. Proficient in the use of Total Station, GPS equipment, AutoCAD, and surveying software. Knowledge of local authority regulations and standards for pipeline and infrastructure projects in the UAE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct topographical and land surveys for the construction of water and sewerage pipelines. Set out alignments, levels, and benchmarks for excavation, pipe laying, chambers, and associated civil structures. Collaborate with project engineers, CAD technicians, and site teams to ensure accuracy in layouts and compliance with project specifications. Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and maps. Verify survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Manage survey equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Identify and resolve potential conflicts in design vs. actual site conditions.
