Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our information technology department in Dubai. As the CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of information technology strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization\'s goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the technology infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of data, and driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the organization\'s overall goals and objectives
• Manage the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of all data, including customer data and intellectual property
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization
• Manage relationships with vendors and other third-party service providers
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the development of new applications, systems, and processes
• Manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and cost-effectively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to information technology and data privacy

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior IT management role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful IT strategies and initiatives
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a global organization or multinational environment is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred
