JOB TITLE : CHIEF FIRE OFFICER

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Fire Science, Emergency Management or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum ten (10-15) years of progressive experience in RFFS Operations, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.

ICS, CM, AEP Certification and GCAA Post Holder ANA Training (Preferred).

Advanced Knowledge of ICAO SARPs, UAE GCAA Regulations, and ISO 45001/14001.

HSE Management System Training (Preferred)

Extensive experience in emergency command, operational management, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to lead multi-national teams, develop training programs, and coordinate with aviation authorities and external agencies.

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management for airport firefighting Operations.

Comprehensive Knowledge of the Aerodrome / SMS Manual.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Having valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
