The Project Management Office (PMO) at Fujairah International Airport ensures efficient, structured execution of capital and operational projects by overseeing governance, scheduling, NOC tracking, and compliance. It aligns projects with strategic goals using standardized project management practices to enhance consistency and control.
2. JOB NATURE & SCOPE
The Officer reports directly to the Director - Strategy & Excellence and provides operational support for project planning, execution, and NOC coordination by managing timelines, documentation, and compliance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role ensures daily tracking of project milestones and alignment with organizational procedures.
3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and timely processing of project-related NOC applications.
3.2. Liaise with government agencies, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with project approval processes.
3.3. Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, milestone trackers, and risk registers.
3.4. Support the monitoring and reporting of project progress against approved plans and timelines.
3.5. Maintain a database of active and completed projects, NOC records, and relevant documentation.
3.6. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and management.
3.7. Track pending approvals and escalate delays to the Manager - PMO.
3.8. Support coordination of site meetings, inspections, and technical reviews.
3.9. Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and version control of project and NOC documents.
3.10. Provide input in project governance reviews and help implement standard PMO methodologies.
3.11. Support in compiling performance reports aligned with sustainability standards.
3.12. Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and compliance reports.
3.13. Organize and facilitate engagement sessions on sustainability initiatives.
3.14. Help ensure accuracy and timeliness of performance data reporting.
4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE+
The job holder will require, as a minimum:
4.1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4.2. 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or NOC processing, preferably in aviation or infrastructure environments.
4.3. Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks
4.4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4.5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with performance management tools is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
