Job Description
Our client is a FinTech company and they are urgently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to their Dubai office.
This role will be responsible for managing the financial strategy and operations of the company in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. In addition to the typical CFO responsibilities, the CFO should have experience in fundraising, strategy formation, and M&A in order to support the growth and expansion of the company.
Requirements:
Salary: 75k AED

Requirements:
- At least 12-15 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on fundraising, strategy formation, and M&A in the FinTech, Banking or Financial Services industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to the CEO and the board
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a finance and accounting team.
- Experience working with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the FinTech industry.
Salary: 75k AED
