Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and company laws.
Manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure.
Lead financial planning for projects, tenders, and contracts within the fire safety industry.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the senior management level.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Build and lead the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and effective processes.
Requirements
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in the UAE
within the
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting industry
.
Proven senior management experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
Strong knowledge of project-based accounting and contracting business models.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
