Job Summary:

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in the strategic and financial management of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and ensuring the company\'s financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Structure and Funding:

• Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structure to support growth.

• Financial Decision Support:

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
