Job Description
F&B company 13 years on the UAE market looking for a Chief Accounting Officer for our Dubai office with minimum 5 years of experience. He/She should take on many responsibilities, all of which relate to overseeing and directing the company\'s short and long-term financial goals, maintaining the company\'s financial well-being. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
- Review and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to identify trends and variances.
- Ensuring the financial reporting is accurate, submitted on time and in compliance with regulations.
- Development of financial strategies, the creation and management of financial plans and budgets, and the analysis of market trends.
- Manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial planning that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Plan and perform risk management duties that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Determine finance KPIs that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Develop and monitor objectives for the financial department.
- Create policies that allow each department to work in the most organized way.
- Handle negotiations for mergers, acquisitions, and the establishment of new divisions within the company
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management.
- Allocate company funds accordingly to ensure each department can function at an optimal pace.
- Monitor and manage the organization\'s cash flow, including managing bank accounts, lines of credit, and investments.
- Manage and oversee all financial affairs for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting is a must.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years\' experience in same field.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Should have worked in Retail or Manufacturing Company.
- Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- F&B Industry: 2 years (Required)

- Accounts Manager: 2 years (Required)
