We are currently recruiting for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a dynamic and rapidly growing leader in the energy industry. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader capable of building and shaping a robust Finance function, providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support their ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy and long-term financial planning, in alignment with the company\'s vision and objectives
- Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, and communicate financial results to the board, investors, and other stakeholders
- Oversee project financing initiatives, including securing capital for new energy projects, evaluating debt and equity options, and managing relationships with financial institutions and investors
- Manage capital allocation, investment strategies, and financial resources to optimize returns while minimizing risks
- Implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation plans
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and debt financing while optimizing working capital
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance out of which 4 years of experience as a CFO or Finance Director within the energy sector
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Professional certification like ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred
- Strong expertise in project financing, including structuring, negotiation, and execution
- Exceptional financial analysis, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
