A Well reputed Real Estate company is looking for an Administration Chief Executive Officer with minimum experience of 6 years Qualification : Bachelor's or Higher Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience Real estate background experience (not less than 6 years) Excellent written/spoken communication skills (English & Arabic) An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments and needs Decision maker and Time management skills High economical and analytical skills Job Duties : Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives Oversee all the business operations internally and externally to ensure its consistency and alignment with the current strategy. Work on the development of five internal divisions (Sales / Property Management / Development / Marketing and Valuation): Basic Salary : 2500 - 3000 BHD
