Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a dynamic construction firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with a strong technical foundation in civil engineering and proven leadership in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

: Define and execute the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and market positioning.

Operational Oversight

: Supervise all construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Team Management

: Build and lead a high-performing executive team and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Financial Stewardship

: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profitability across all business units.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Maintain strong relationships with government entities, clients, suppliers, and investors.

Project Development

: Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability. C

ompliance & Governance

: Ensure adherence to UAE construction laws, labor regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred) Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and regulatory frameworks Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making and negotiation skills
