Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Client: A Leading Diversified Group with Operations Across the Middle East We are hiring for our client, a large and well-established diversified group with a strong regional presence across the Middle East. The group operates multiple business units, including a significant manufacturing division known for its innovation, scale, and contribution to industrial development in the region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the manufacturing arm of the group. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, and regional expansion. Key Responsibilities: Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the manufacturing business in alignment with the groupaEUR(TM)s long-term goals. Oversee all operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across facilities. Develop and execute plans for revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation across the Middle East. Lead a large, cross-functional team and build a high-performance leadership bench. Ensure optimal utilization of assets, investments, and production capacity to maximize profitability. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across all business functions. Represent the business in high-level stakeholder engagements, government relations, and strategic partnerships. Maintain compliance with regional regulations, environmental policies, and global quality standards. Requirements: 15+ years of total experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing sector . Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding into new markets, and scaling operations. Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, supply chain optimization, and cost control. Experience in managing large teams and complex, multi-site manufacturing operations. Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, implement best practices, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Exposure to regional markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, etc.) is highly preferred.
