Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Capital Market Industry

Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports To: Board of Directors

Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership, direction, and vision to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the capital markets industry. This role requires deep expertise in financial markets, regulatory compliance, investment products, and stakeholder management. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company's long-term strategy, building high-performance teams, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Growth

Develop and execute the company's long-term strategic plans within the capital markets domain. Identify new market opportunities, products, and services to expand market presence and profitability. Monitor industry trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to ensure strategic agility.

2. Governance & Compliance

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory frameworks including SEBI, SEC, and other capital market regulations. Oversee risk management practices to safeguard the company's assets and reputation. Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.

3. Financial Management

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive revenue growth and cost optimization. Monitor financial performance, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations and company objectives.

4. Stakeholder & Investor Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, clients, and industry bodies. Represent the company in board meetings, investor presentations, and industry forums.

5. Operational Excellence

Drive operational efficiency and implement best practices across business units. Ensure adoption of technology and innovation to improve service delivery and competitiveness.

6. Team Development & Leadership

Foster a performance-driven culture by building, mentoring, and retaining top executive talent. Promote diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field. Minimum

15+ years of leadership experience in capital markets

, investment banking, asset management, or a related financial services sector. Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving profitability in highly regulated financial markets. Strong understanding of trading platforms, market microstructure, risk management, and compliance.
