Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

Reporting to: Managing Director

Description:
CEOs are responsible for managing a company\xe2\x80\x99s overall operations. This may include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the board. Ability to make major corporate decisions, manage the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall resources and operations, and communicate with the board of directors, management team, and corporate operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fManaging the company\xe2\x80\x99s operations
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fOverseeing the company\xe2\x80\x99s budget
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fWorking with other executives and managers
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fApproving contracts
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fStaying knowledgeable about industry changes and developments
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fDetermining how to improve performance, grow the company and save money
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fProvide inspired leadership company-wide.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fMake high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fReport to the board of directors and keep them informed.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fDevelop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAct as the primary spokesperson for the company.

\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fHelp with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fCreate an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fOversee the company\'s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fWork with senior stakeholders, chief financial officer, chief information officer, and other executives.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fAssure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fWork with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fIdentify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fBuild alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fOversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fWork closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring.

Requirements:
\xe2\x96\xaa\xef\xb8\x8fExperience in Gaming industry or software development industry is preferred. 8yrs of AUE experience is required. Must be a postgraduate in Business Administration or similar roles. Must possess qualities of Leadership and management, excellent Communication, Decision-making ability, Problem-solver, Time management skills etc.
