Minimum
20 years of progressive leadership experience
in the
EPC Oil & Gas industry
, with significant exposure to
GCC or European markets
.
Proven success in managing large-scale EPC projects and leading diverse, multicultural teams.
Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Visionary mindset with the ability to drive transformation and long-term value creation.
Must be willing to relocate to Syria
