Provide overarching leadership and direction for the Group's real estate and investment businesses, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Develop and execute long-term business strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability across all sectors
Oversee and guide all operational aspects of the Group's subsidiaries, including real estate development, property management, and investment portfolio performance
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships, and real estate ventures
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders
Direct and oversee financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting for the Group
Ensure effective governance, compliance, and control across all entities
Lead the executive leadership team and promote a high-performance, results-driven organizational culture
Represent the Group in high-level negotiations, public engagements, and key industry events
Monitor market trends and economic conditions to proactively position the Group for growth and resilience
Report regularly to the Board of Directors on performance, challenges, and strategic developments
