This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining and executing the AI and data strategy for a major Abu Dhabi government ecosystem. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery experience to enable technology-driven transformation at scale.

• Develop and implement AI, Data & Analytics strategy
• Build and manage high-performing teams by utilising strong resources in place and hiring additional professionals
• Oversee budgets and strategic technology initiatives
• Deliver systems, dashboards, and suitable products
• Drive technology build and implementation across the ecosystem
• Align initiatives with Emirate-wide strategy and vision
• Foster partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions

Lead the AI & data strategy for a major government ecosystemMust be a UAE National with strategic leadership of Data & AI

• UAE National with family book
• 15+ years' experience in Digital/Technology/AI/Data/Analytics with successful track record of leadership
• Proven track record of building AI, data and technology solutions end-to-end
• Strategic leadership experience with consulting or strategy exposure
• Strong ability to balance technical depth with executive decision-making
• Background in consulting, tech, and/or large private sector organisations
