What you\'ll do
You\xe2\x80\x99ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for managing the Bakery kitchen ensuring that all areas adhere to Dorchester Collection values and enabling the hotel to achieve the highest levels of standards and service to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll also create and present exciting breads, pastries and bakery items with attention to detail.
- You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible for menu planning, food production and controlling food costs.
- You will have a passion to find the best culinary talent and develop their careers.

- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- You will have a minimum of 3 years as a Chief Baker at a 5-star Hotel establishment with a recognized Culinary Bakery Diploma.
