Manage full accounting cycle: AP, AR, bank reconciliation, payroll checks, and month-end closing.
Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with Qatar VAT.
Monitor food cost, packaging cost, delivery cost, and wastage.
Oversee inventory control for multiple ghost kitchen brands.
Validate GRN, supplier invoices, and daily stock movement.
Track delivery platform commissions (Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, etc.).
Reconcile car hops and delivery sales vs. POS and Odoo postings.
Maintain Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, POS, Purchase) and ensure accurate data flow.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-saving analysis.
Implement internal controls and assist in external audits.
