Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support formulation and testing of chemical products
Monitor production and quality control processes
Collaborate with sales and product teams to meet client needs
Ensure safety and environmental compliance
Maintain documentation and technical reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
2+ years experience in the chemical or lubricants industry
Strong understanding of formulation, blending, and quality control
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai
