Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading university focused on shaping world-class professionals and priding itself on academic excellence, fostered by a distinguished faculty. Our client is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing team and drive the growth and visibility. The CMO will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that aligns with the institution\'s goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that promotes the institute\'s programs, attracts students, and strengthens our brand presence.

- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, branding, public relations and traditional advertising campaigns.

- Analyze market trends, student demographics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with admissions, academic, and administrative departments.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

- Establish and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and other stakeholders to enhance the institute\'s reputation.

- Implement data-driven decision-making processes to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary.

- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies to keep the institute at the forefront of educational marketing.

- Drive the development and execution of branding and communication strategies, maintaining a consistent and compelling brand identity.

- Manage crisis communications and reputation management, responding to issues proactively and professionally.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Requirements

- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the education sector.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in the field of education or a related industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and various marketing channels.

- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for data analysis, campaign management, and reporting.

- Knowledge of the educational landscape in Dubai and the UAE is a significant advantage.

- Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and international marketing best practices.
