Job Description

Marketing Officer will be responsible primarily for implementation of the Marketing activities .
CORE FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Execute the Marketing Plan as per the timelines in the most cost effective manner. 6.2 Execute and review all the publishing material including but not limited to information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials in both English and Arabic. 6.4 Coordinate and execute effective distribution of marketing materials. 6.5 Maintain, update regularly and replenish the company brochure and any other marketing materials. 6.6. Ensure tht the Hospital is well represented in the social media (facebook, linkedin, twitter etc) 6.7 Ensure that texts announcing promotions and new doctors arrival are iniated to the Public. 6.8 Assist in maintaining and updating the hospital website. 6.9 Participate in sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio 6.10 Coordinate with all departments to ensure consistent representation of hospital brand. 6.11 Communicate and ensure the branding guideline is followed by other departments 6.12 Effectively represent the company and its values to all internal and external stakeholders. Attend Marketing Fairs. 6.13 Execute planned marketing campaigns and events. 6.14 Report the outcome of marketing activities monthly to management accordingly. 6.15 Prepares weekly & monthly reports to management. 6.16 Coordinate for any Internal Event with relevant internal and external stake holders. 6.17 Source and create marketing database for clients . 6.18 implementation of sales promotion schemes in the most effective manner.
