Prepare authentic North Indian dishes with consistent quality and taste.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policy.
Manage production for large-scale catering operations.
Assist in menu planning and new recipe development.
Supervise kitchen staff during preparation and service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a North Indian Chef.
Strong knowledge of regional spices, gravies, and cooking methods.
Ability to handle bulk production efficiently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
