We are hiring an experienced and energetic Indian Fast Food Chef to join our team for the Sheikh Zayed Festival. The role is temporary for a 5-month period, ideal for someone passionate about Indian street food and capable of working in a fast-paced festival environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook popular Indian fast food items (e.g., chaat, samosa, pav bhaji, dosa, rolls, biryani, etc.). Maintain high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. Manage daily food preparation and assist with stock control. Work efficiently under pressure during peak festival hours.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Indian fast food or restaurant kitchens. Ability to handle high customer volumes. Knowledge of Indian street food and quick-service cooking. Basic English communication skills. Must be available for the full festival period (5 months).
