- Prepare and cook dishes under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Maintain quality and presentation standards of dishes.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with the team on menu planning and inventory management.
