• Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean to maintain it organized at all times

• Higher Secondary education or equivalent
• Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments, along with good culinary skills
• 1-2 years experience in the same role or two years experience as Commis I in a five-star hotel or similar
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work well with others as a team member
• Able to spend long hours standing if required
• A clear understanding of both written and spoken English
• Efficient team player
