Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes within assigned section
Supervise and guide Commis and kitchen helpers
Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety rules
Collaborate with Sous Chef for menu planning and inventory control
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts with a specialty in restoration* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Chef de Partie in a 5 star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
