The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine chocolate work, with expertise in tempering, molding, pralines, bonbons, and dessert garnishes -- ensuring exceptional quality and presentation for luxury dining and events.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Restoration (specialty in chocolate or confectionery).Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Chef de Partie 5-star hotel or fine-dining establishment.Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques, including tempering, flavor pairing, and decorative work.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
