We are currently seeking a talented and creative Chef de Partie - Specialty in Ice Cream to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will be passionate about frozen desserts and experienced in producing high-quality ice creams, gelatos, sorbets, and plated cold desserts for luxury dining settings.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Restoration (specialty in ice cream or cold kitchen).Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a 5-star hotel.Strong knowledge of ice cream production techniques, flavor balancing, and temperature control.Excellent understanding of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering luxury dessert experiences.
