The Role
Position Title: Chef De Partie Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: The first performing arts academy in MENA region. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all food in the production areas is prepared according to recipes, meets our standards in terms of quality and quantity, and is delivered to the correct area on time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verify the completion of assigned levels on production charts and ensure that daily cleaning charts are properly filled out. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect inventories to confirm proper storage and rotation of stock and the appropriate use of high-cost items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to all kitchen regulations as outlined and directed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any additional requests from the executive chef and other management, which may include stooping, bending, and lifting weights up to 30 pounds as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Male, 45 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have at least 4 years of related experience within UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in any type of cuisines can be considered
