The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in both cold and hot sections. The successful candidate will contribute to the creation of high-quality dishes, ensuring the impeccable execution of culinary offerings. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee and manage either the cold or hot kitchen section, ensuring the timely preparation or plating of dishes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other chefs to maintain a seamless flow in the kitchen. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute menu items specific to the assigned section with precision and creativity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing and refining recipes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate and delegate tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and support to junior chefs within the assigned section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and mentor junior chefs on specific techniques and menu items. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing inventory for the assigned section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and control food costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enforce cleanliness standards in the assigned section. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bring creativity to the assigned section, contributing to the development of new dishes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay updated on culinary trends.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification. \xe2\x80\xa2 3-5 years of culinary experience, with expertise in both cold and hot sections. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail and commitment to quality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and styles.
