The Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible for preparing, overseeing, and innovating all pastry and dessert items in their section, ensuring consistency, creativity, and adherence to hotel standards.
This role requires expertise in pastry techniques, excellent time management, and the ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, they must ensure smooth kitchen operations under pressure.
Candidates should have a diploma or high school education, at least 3 years' experience in a luxury property, strong leadership and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional pastry creations.
