Fifty caravans form a lively community inspired by nomadic exploration, surrounded by hiking and biking trails throughout mountainous terrain that immerse guests in the region's natural beauty. A central restaurant fueled by local flavors is designed for guests to gather, and a wellness center offers restorative rituals drawing from local tradition.
We are looking for a
Chef de Partie
to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable, high-quality dining experiences. This role is essential in delivering dishes that reflect the spirit of adventure, community, and authenticity that defines our retreat.
Culinary Expertise & Kitchen Operations
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items.
Assist in menu planning, recipe execution, and portion control under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared, organized, and ready for service, supporting a smooth kitchen operation.
Maintain awareness of guest preferences and dietary requirements, ensuring personalized culinary experiences.
Hygiene, Safety & Standards
Follow strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
Report any equipment faults, hazards, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with other chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving menu, service, and kitchen processes.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in similar kitchen roles within hotels, resorts, or restaurants preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, plating, and kitchen operations.
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
