Chef de Partie | Dubai | New Opening Restaurant
We are seeking a talented and passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join this new, exciting joint-kitchen concept in Dubai. In this unique role, you will be a key player in the culinary team, working across two distinct brands from a single kitchen: a dedicated New York-Style Pizza brand and a modern Breakfast & Cafe menu. The ideal candidate will be a creative and skilled professional ready to excel in the high-paced demands of both concepts in this new opening restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee your designated kitchen station for both the pizza and cafe concepts, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a seamless workflow.
• Execute menu items to the highest standards, ensuring every dish reflects the distinct identity and quality of each brand.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control for all ingredients and food preparation at your station.
• Support the senior kitchen staff in training junior team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Actively participate in all food preparation, ensuring dishes are prepared accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering for your station, helping to minimize waste and control food costs.
• Maintain impeccable standards of kitchen hygiene and safety at your station, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef on the development of new promotions and menu offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise at your station, from equipment problems to production challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with specific experience in both New York-style pizza and cafe/breakfast concepts.
• A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related field
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with management.
• Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Salary Package:

• AED 5 - 6 000 - CTC
• Joining flights and visa

Salary breakdown:

• 60% Basic Salary
• 30% Accommodation
• 10% Transport allowance
