Strong knowledge of
international cuisines
(e.g., Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, Arabic).
Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards and menu specifications.
Supervise and train Commis Chefs and other junior staff in the section.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet 5-star standards.
