Proven experience as a
Chef De Partie
in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant. Strong knowledge ofinternational cuisines
(e.g., Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, Arabic). Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards and menu specifications. Supervise and train Commis Chefs and other junior staff in the section. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet 5-star standards.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: QAR2,900.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
