Our Client-A leading firm into bakery is looking for Chef de Partie for managing a section of the kitchen, overseeing the preparation of dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency. This role requires a combination of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen Position: - Chef De Partie

- Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, saut\xc3\xa9, pastry).
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies for the assigned section.
- Minimize wastage and contribute to cost control measures.
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new menu items.
- Offer creative input and suggest improvements to existing dishes.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes during service.
- Manage time effectively to meet service demands.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate overall kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
