Miracolo Italian Restaurant in Dubai, DIFC: Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: Dubai, DIFC Job Type: Full-time Miracolo Italian Restaurant is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Italian cuisine using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Italian cuisine
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Manage and train junior members of the kitchen team
- Ensure that the kitchen is always clean and organized
- Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Italian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
