Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) Our employer is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Dubai. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and costing Train and develop junior members of the team Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 2 years\' experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required If you are a passionate and talented Chef de Partie with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
