Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chef de Partie to oversee the designated area of the kitchen for an Italian brand located in a lifestyle hotel in Dubai. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in regularly creating menu items and developing dishes
- Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the kitchen by delivering quality in all aspects
- Managing and training Commis Chefs
- A high standard of spoken and written English
- Exceptional communication skills and attentiveness to detail
- Strong knowledge of trends in the F&B industry
- Over two years of experience in the kitchen, preferably with a background in Italian Cuisine
