The Role
Position Title: Chef de Partie Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: High-end casual dining restaurant. : . Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant. . Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks. . Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef. . Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis. . Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
Requirements
Qualifications: . 45 years old and below . 2 years of proven work experience in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred . Must be flexible in working hours . Immediate joiners will be prioritized
