Ramlah Resort is looking for an experienced CDP skilled in Arabic, International, and Ottoman cuisine to join our fine-dining kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in assigned section.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Support Sous/Head Chef in daily operations.
Ensure proper mise en place and smooth service.
Train and guide junior staff.
Requirements
Previous CDP experience in fine dining/5-star kitchens.
Strong knowledge of required cuisines.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management.
Flexible with shifts;
