About the Role:



James Cafe is looking for a skilled and passionate

Chef de Partie (CDP)

to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate is responsible, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and present dishes according to the cafe's standards Supervise every section of the kitchen Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times Assist Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste Maintain cleanliness and organization in every station

Requirements:



Proven experience as a CDP or Demi CDP (minimum 2 years) Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure Positive attitude and a team player mindset Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
