The selected candidate will be responsible for daily pastry production while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, and baked items as per recipes and standards
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Handle daily mise en place and production planning
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Assist in stock control and minimize wastage
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
Follow company SOPs and kitchen procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as
CDP or Demi CDP (Pastry)
Solid knowledge of pastry and bakery techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality
