Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present high?quality Arabic dishes in accordance with menu standards.
Ensure all mise?en?place is completed efficiently and according to production requirements.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu development, including traditional and modern Arabic dishes.
Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
Train and guide Commis Chefs in Arabic culinary techniques and kitchen best practices.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in Arabic Cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Levantine, Gulf, and Middle Eastern cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an advantage.
